X Memo: an easy iPhone & iPod Touch memo application.

While being as easy and as intuitive as possible to use, X Memo also has some interesting features: it has a time stamp and a GPS stamp, making it convenient for the user to input this kind of standard information. It also has an embedded calculator, freing the user from having to switch to a different app for simple calculations.

The X Memo app itself supports 8 languages: Chinese, Dutch, English, French, Italian, Japanese, Korean and Russian.

The top of the main screen; when starting a new memo, a short tutorial appears on how to use this screen. It will disappear as soon as the user starts to type in some contents.

By scrolling down or dismissing the keyboard, one can read further.

By swiping right, one can discover new functions, for copying, mailing and printing the active memo.

By swiping left while on the main screen, the management screen appears. The first time one discovers a short tutorial on how to use this screen. It is a good idea to spend one minute reading it as it can save some time later. It will automatically disappear once a second memo or a category has been created.

Swiping left while still using the demo version of X Memo shows the UPGRADE button. This button can be used by users who want to indefinitely enjoy the full version. The demo version gives a very concrete idea of what the app is, but it has some limits that people will want to get rid off for long term use.

The management screen shows all the memos. Here it is possible to rearrange them and classify them into categories.

Touching the gear button while on the management screen, brings the options screen, where one can change the color scheme used in the app as well as the font.

Once you have written many memos, it is convenient to have the ability to search for a particular word or expression. X Memo provides this feature.

In view mode it is possible to tap the links and access them.
